Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard domestic delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.

30-DAY RETURNS
Not happy with your order? We'll make it right.

You can return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn and unaltered, in their original packaging, and purchased at full price.

To start a return, email support@arkdesign.com with your order number. All returns require prior approval, so please do not send anything back before hearing from us.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: sale merchandise and gift cards.
