Your jewelry means something. That's why every piece at ARK is built to last, and covered for life.
What Your Lifetime Warranty Covers
From the day your ARK piece lands on your doorstep, you're protected against manufacturing defects. Run into any of the below and we'll repair or replace it:
- Breakages, faulty mechanisms, or clasps that stop working
- Snapped chains
- Tarnishing or discoloration beyond normal wear
- Scratching beyond normal surface marks
- Stones coming loose or falling out
Our promise to you:
Most warranties run out. Ours doesn't. We stand behind the quality of your jewelry for life, and in the unlikely event your replacement piece develops a fault too, that one's covered under exactly the same terms.
What Your Warranty Doesn't Cover
- Claims submitted with photos we've already seen
- Items that have been lost or stolen
- Deliberate damage, or damage caused by someone else
- Excessive wear and tear
What counts as excessive wear and tear:
Pieces that have taken heavy or repeated misuse, leaving damage that falls outside what a manufacturing guarantee is designed to cover.
How to Claim
Email support@arkdesign.com with a clear photo of the piece, your order number, and a quick description of what's gone wrong. We'll take it from there. Claims sent without a photo can't be processed.
ARK reserves the right to turn down claims that:
- Show misuse or damage caused by neglect
- Fall outside the terms of our warranty or replacement guarantee
- Our team identifies as potentially false or fraudulent
- Involve a modified product. Custom engraving, resizing, and any other alterations void the warranty.
- Include edited, digitally manipulated, or previously submitted images. Any attempt at a fraudulent claim voids your Lifetime Warranty for good.
